Get ready to
- Oversee a portfolio of 5–6 digital and e-commerce products, helping teams clarify needs, choose strategic directions, and grow the business
- Build and refine plans, strategies, and performance metrics for each product
- Lead onboarding for new co-founders and guide them through company processes
- Work closely with operation teams across different departments
- Drive deep business analytics, financial projections, and investment management across existing products to support data-based decision-making
- Bring experience from consulting, analytical/business environments, and ideally having worked with startups, co-founds, founders, or M&A
- Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in finance, business analytics, or consulting
- Demonstrate at least 5 years of team leadership, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional groups
- Have strong business analytics and business finance literacy
- Show ambition and interest in digital marketing
- Navigate complex product situations with structure, clarity, and strategic thinking
