Senior Software Engineer (Java, React)
Location : Luxembourg
Language : English
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain Treasury and Collateral Management applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot 3
- Design and build modern, user-friendly interfaces with ReactJS and Material UI
- Implement and integrate RESTful services and Kafka-based interfaces for reliable system communication
- Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and other engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Participate actively in code reviews, promoting clean code and best engineering practices
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability
- Keep solutions future-proof by staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Profile :
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 17 and Spring Boot 3
- Proven proficiency in ReactJS and Material UI
- Solid experience building REST APIs and working with Kafka
- Strong interest in creating intuitive, well-designed user interfaces
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Able to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bonus: experience in the financial sector (Treasury), Agile environments, or additional frontend frameworks
