Your mission: Within the Marketing & Communications department, and in collaboration with the Proposal team, the Design Specialist is in charge of creating visually compelling documents, with swiftness and efficiency, to support the firm’s proposals and tenders submissions. She/He ensures brand compliance on all branded materials, quality and on-time delivery.
Be a part of our team where you will:
- Create layout combining texts and visual elements, using Powerpoint or, to a lesser extent, Word, and the Adobe Suite softwares if needed;
- Receive and understand briefings from internal clients, or from Proposal Team;
- Receive and understand briefings from M&C Publications, Brand & Design Coordinators;
- Understand the content you work with, transform (long) texts into clear and impactful graphics to ease the reading of documents
- Design proposals and tenders documentation, in accordance with the PwC’s Brand guidelines;
- Create the required documents with speed and efficiency, with respect of the deadline in mind;
- Ensure proper local application of the PwC’s Brand Guidelines and processes; stay informed of the Brand guidelines updates through the Brand guidelines platform, global regular calls and training sessions;
- Provide rough projects, graphic concepts and ideas;
- Participate in brainstorming sessions or project presentation meetings;
- Provide design templates for recurring documents/publications;
- Be able to give regularly a situation report about projects to the management team;
- Prepare final files for production (Printers, fabrication processes).
- You master Powerpoint and Word, and have a good knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.);
- You hold a degree or equivalent in Communications, Graphic Design, or Executive Assistant;
- You have strong technical communications and project management skills;
- You combine excellent analytical and organisational skills with curiosity, flexibility and rigour;
- You can be flexible on work hours if project requires so (on an exceptional basis);
- You stay abreast with new technologies;
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, you are fluent in French. Any other language is an asset.
