About The Job Opening

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SCRUM MASTER TO JOIN OUR TEAM

YOU WILL

  • Independently facilitate Scrum ceremonies and help the team deliver on sprint goals.
  • Maintain and improve Scrum artifacts and team metrics.
  • Deliver work that meets scope, deadlines, and quality standards with minimal supervision.
  • Actively participate in daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Clearly communicate progress, blockers, and process concerns to the team.
  • Ask for help when needed and proactively assist peers when capable.
  • Promote team standards for agile processes, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in process reviews, receiving and incorporating feedback.
  • Continuously improve facilitation skills through learning and feedback.
  • Explore solutions when facing unfamiliar team or process problems.
  • Take ownership of personal development and actively engage in team learning opportunities.
  • Show initiative by picking up new tools, frameworks, or responsibilities over time.
  • Take responsibility for assigned facilitation tasks and deliver them with accountability.
  • Escalate problems appropriately and contribute to resolving team impediments.
  • Support ongoing improvements to agile processes, tooling, or documentation.
  • Participate in organizational agile transformation and scaling initiatives.
  • Contribute to improving the overall agile framework through refactoring or modernization.
  • Propose and document process improvements with trade-offs in performance, cost, and maintainability.

YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
  • SAFe certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
