Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a unique opportunity for Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a Cryptocurrency Exchange based in Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for the cryptocurrency market and are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support. As a member of our customer service team, you will assist clients in navigating their inquiries related to cryptocurrency transactions and services, all while communicating effectively in Portuguese.

- Manage customer inquiries regarding cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, and trading support via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese
- Provide guidance on account setup, transaction processes, and security measures
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their accounts or transactions
- Educate clients about cryptocurrency products and market trends to enhance their understanding
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-up
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer concerns
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the cryptocurrency industry to provide relevant information to customers
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the cryptocurrency or financial services sector
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and technology is highly desirable
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
