Senior Frontend Engineer (Svelte)

📍 Malmo, Sweden | 💼 Full-time | 💰 Up to 65,000 SEK/month

We’re supporting a well-funded, product-led SaaS company that’s building a next-generation cloud-based platform within the cyber security space.

They’re scaling their engineering team and are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help shape and evolve modern web applications used by customers globally.

The role

You’ll join a small, highly capable cross-functional engineering team, responsible for the frontend of a new platform. The applications cover areas such as:

• Video and audio streaming interfaces
• Device and account configuration
• User-facing web applications at scale

The frontend stack is built with Svelte, and you’ll work closely with backend engineers and QA to deliver high-quality, production-ready features.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing, developing, and maintaining frontend web applications
• Owning features end-to-end, from development through deployment
• Debugging, troubleshooting, and improving existing functionality
• Collaborating closely with backend, QA, and product stakeholders
• Taking responsibility across the DevOps lifecycle for your services
• Getting involved beyond your core role, this is a hands-on, agile environment

What they’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in software engineering
• Strong experience building fully featured frontend applications
• Hands-on experience with Svelte (or a comparable modern framework)
• Solid CSS skills and strong UI/UX awareness
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving team
• Interest or experience in audio, video, or IoT-driven products
• Experience working with AWS is a strong plus
