Tasks & Responsibilities
As an HR Direct & Employee Central Junior Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing professional support and managing administrative tasks of varying complexity, in full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Processing cases related to hiring, contracting, and employment or income changes using our case management system, as well as via phone or email
- Preparing and reviewing employment-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Preparing, maintaining, and analyzing HR reports
- Acting as a subject-matter expert in at least one competence area (e.g., absences, hiring, benefits, compensation), collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders and delivering updates or training as needed
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting their implementation to enhance operational efficiency
- Completed higher education, preferably in HR a related field
- Proficiency in Polish (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
- 1–2 years of professional HR experience, ideally in roles supporting the employee lifecycle
- Strong proactivity, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively
- High attention to detail, strong problem solving skills, and a high level of reliability and confidentiality
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, as well as familiarity with HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, OpenText, and DocuSign.
