Lead Developer (PHP, Laravel, Yii2)

Job Summary:

As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers while actively contributing to the development of high-quality software applications. Your expertise in PHP, Laravel, and Yii2, combined with your ability to work independently and collaboratively, will be crucial in driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

➤ Technical Leadership:

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Review and approve code quality to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development.

➤Project Management:Collaborate with project managers to define project requirements and timelines.Estimate development efforts and allocate resources effectively.Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.

➤ Software Development:o Develop high-quality software applications using PHP, Laravel, and Yii2 frameworks.Design and implement efficient and scalable software solutions.Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code.

➤Team Collaboration:Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the development team. Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members. Resolve conflicts and ensure team alignment towards project goals.

➤ Problem-Solving:Identify and troubleshoot technical issues. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Provide technical support to other team members as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

➤ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

➤ 7 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on PHP, Laravel, and Yii2.

➤ Proven ability to lead and mentor software development teams.

➤ Strong technical skills and understanding of software development methodologies.

➤ Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

➤ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
