Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Operation Executive (Only Emiratis) with strong expertise in recruitment operations, vendor management, HR operations, or administrative roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the relationship with multiple resource augmentation partners and vendors.

• Share submitted candidate profiles with team hiring leads for screening and shortlisting.

• Follow up with hiring leads to obtain timely feedback on profile and interview decisions.

Onboarding & Access Management

• Raise and track service tickets for account setup, laptop and access cards provisioning, and systems access.

• Coordinate onboarding readiness with IT, Security, HR, and Facilities teams.

• Work with Facilities/Admin teams for workspace allocation, access cards, and office logistics.

• Ensure Day-1 onboarding activities are completed, and access is provided on time.

• Create and manage a delightful experience for new joiners.

Operations & Administrative Support

• Coordinate with Procurement for vendor onboarding, contracts, POs, and compliance requirements.

• Liaise with Finance for invoice tracking, cost approvals, and vendor payment follow-ups.

• Support IT Operations for access management, asset tracking, and system provisioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment operations, vendor management, HR operations, or administrative roles.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Procurement, IT, Facilities, Finance).

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
