About The Team

Shopee will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Shopee sponsorship of a visa.

The minimum internship commitment period required is 3 months, and students who are available for 6 months would be preferred.

The Regional Order Operations team is key to shaping and driving the strategy for Shopee's e-commerce system. We spearhead the development of innovative solutions to provide a seamless journey for our buyers and sellers. You will deep dive into Shopee's operations across regions, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our logistics ecosystems. You will also get hands-on experience in driving product development from start to finish, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and data scientist experts. Job Description

• Take ownership of the entire product development cycle, work closely with designers, analysts, engineers and data scientists to deliver product solutions with high business impact
• Continuously drive for improvements, liaise with business teams to understand pain points and requirements, manage stakeholders expectations, set priorities and deliver product solutions effectively
• Identify key metrics, conduct data-driven analysis to gather insights in user behavior and product performance
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science and Mathematics or a related science/tech field preferred
• Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and agile working environment
• Effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing
• Good critical thinking and data-based decision-making skills
• Adaptable, open-minded, quick learner
• Care deeply about user experience and business impact for both Shopee and the ecommerce ecosystem
• Full-time interns preferred
• Part-time interns who can commit at least 4 working days a week are also welcome to apply
