We are seeking a highly creative, analytical, and forward-thinking Data Scientist to solve complex data challenges across our organization. In this role, you will work with large and diverse datasets, extract meaningful insights, design algorithms, build predictive models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.

You should have a strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and machine learning, and be comfortable building scalable models and automated solutions. Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Exploration
- Collect, process, and interpret large volumes of data from a wide variety of internal and external sources
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, detect anomalies, and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure seamless access to high-quality datasets
Modeling & Algorithm Development
- Design advanced mathematical and statistical models aligned with complex business rules and project requirements
- Develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning models to address predictive and analytical challenges
- Select appropriate modeling techniques and write scalable, efficient algorithms for various business use cases
- Integrate machine learning models into business applications and production pipelines
Automation & Process Optimization
- Build automated data pipelines and workflows to streamline recurring processes
- Optimize, integrate, and automate existing data science workflows and reporting mechanisms
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure models perform efficiently in real-world environments
Research & Problem Solving
- Research and propose innovative approaches to solve complex business and data analytics challenges
- Stay current with advancements in machine learning, deep learning, AI, data engineering, and statistical methods
- Experiment with new tools and techniques to continuously improve model performance
