Purpose and Summary:

The Project Delivery Administrator in IT provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of IT projects. This role involves coordinating schedules, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced IT environment.


Key Deliverables:

  • Assist IT project managers in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
  • Maintain and update project calendars, task lists, and resource allocations.
  • Organize and manage project-related documentation, including contracts, technical specifications, and reports.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to gather updates and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on resource utilization and budget expenditure.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Distribute project updates, announcements, and documentation to relevant parties.
  • Address routine inquiries and escalate complex issues to project managers as needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, risk logs, and change requests.
  • Prepare performance metrics and summaries for management reviews.
  • Ensure all project files are organized and accessible for auditing or reference.
  • Assist in identifying areas for streamlining project delivery processes.
  • Support the implementation of tools and templates to enhance team efficiency


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in any of IT field

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience

  • Good knowledge in networking.
