Product Manager

Today we are looking for a Product Manager who will become a driver of our product development and help shape the future of digital transformation.

What you will work on:

• You will be involved in a digitalization program for document management and business processes that has strategic importance for the company.
• Your solutions will influence internal operations and the product’s expansion into external markets.
• You will join a team that values initiative, creativity, and the willingness to build from scratch.

Your responsibilities:

• Shape the product vision and manage the entire lifecycle (from idea to release).
• Develop an existing product that will be scaled to the external market.
• Analyze business needs, conduct discovery, and validate hypotheses.
• Create product roadmaps, manage the backlog and release planning.
• Collaborate with development, design, analytics teams, and key stakeholders.
• Implement hybrid methodologies: Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and in‑house adapted approaches.
• Advocate for product vision and justify decisions based on data.

What we expect:

• 3+ years of experience in IT product management (mandatory — experience in developing an existing product).
• General understanding of the energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and PDLC.
• Strategic and operational resource planning skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and data‑synthesis abilities.
• Experience working with large volumes of information and controlling plan execution.
• Agile mindset and knowledge of digital product development patterns.
• Proficiency with Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Business Canvas, MVP, RAT.
• Being an evangelist of product development and results‑driven approaches.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in large product or service companies.
• Technical background (computer science, applied mathematics, physics).
• Knowledge of UX/UI and Customer Journey.
• English — Upper-Intermediate+.
