THE FRONT END DEVELOPER ROLE:

You’ll join a close-knit development team working on a range of digital projects, contributing to the design and build of modern, user-focused front end solutions.

This is a mid-level role suited to someone who enjoys variety, values collaboration, and thrives in an environment where personality and communication matter just as much as technical ability. While the role is fully remote, regular in-person socials and close collaboration with the CTO mean candidates based in the West Midlands are strongly preferred.

FRONT END DEVELOPER ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Commercial experience with either Vue.js or React
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals
• HTML and CSS with a solid understanding of responsive design
• Experience building user-focused, accessible front end applications
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, opinion-driven team environment
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and improving existing skills

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Experience working across varied client or product projects
• Exposure to modern front end tooling and workflows
• Strong communication skills and confidence sharing ideas
