My longstanding client is a software solutions partner serving the insurance niche, delivering platforms across underwriting, claims, accounts, and workflow. As their delivery portfolio grows, so has the need to expand and I am delighted to partner with this fabulous team once again on the following hires:-
📊 PMO Administrator
A central role in the project delivery function, ensuring governance, reporting, and control are strong across all programmes.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Maintaining PMO standards, RAID, change control, and governance packs
- Producing accurate project and portfolio reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries
- Supporting planning, resource tracking, and financial administration
- Owning PMO documentation and tooling (Jira / Azure DevOps, MS Project, SharePoint)
- Coordinating delivery meetings, forums, and ceremonies
You’ll bring:
- 2–4 years’ experience in a PMO / Project Support role within IT or software delivery
- Experience in General or London Market insurance is essential
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and reporting capability
- Exposure to Agile delivery alongside structured governance
🚧 Project Manager (Developing / Early-Career Role)
This role is ideal for someone with some project delivery experience looking to take the next step, gain client exposure, and own projects end-to-end in a supportive environment.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering insurance software projects on time and within budget
- Managing plans, budgets, RAID, data migration, testing, and UAT
- Working directly with clients to gather requirements and present solutions
- Coordinating analysts, developers, and delivery teams
- Supporting system implementations and post-go-live client engagement
You’ll bring:
- Some software project experience, ideally within the General or London Market insurance domain
- Confidence working with stakeholders and teams, with a proactive mindset
- Ability to “own” tasks, issues, and deliverables
- Background in software delivery, analysis, or systems implementation is desirable
