Web Designer

This role is ideal for an experienced web designer who excels at providing strategic guidance and expert advice on web design projects. The position is fully remote and centers on consulting with a real estate-focused team to deliver professional insights, recommend best practices, and help shape the direction of web design initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to address project requirements, troubleshoot design challenges, and ensure the highest standards of usability and aesthetics are met.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a web designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in modern web design principles and responsive design
• Extensive experience consulting or advising clients on web design projects, preferably in the real estate or professional services sector
• Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices, accessibility standards, and current design trends
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch
• Ability to communicate complex design concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to client needs
• Availability for remote collaboration and flexible scheduling to accommodate project consultations
