About Position:

To provide high quality business and commercial analysis, ensuring initiatives are supported with accurate requirements, clear process understanding, robust documentation, and value adding insights. The BA enables decision making, ensures alignment with business goals, and supports delivery teams across Products, Technology & InfraCo..

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Analysis & Documentation

• Analyse, interpret, and translate business needs into clear, testable requirements (functional & non‑functional).
• Conduct As Is / To Be process mapping, technical gap analysis, and workflow definition.
• Produce detailed artefacts: BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, data dictionaries, and wireframes.
• Ensure all artefacts comply with Business Principles, Values, Code of Conduct, and guidelines.

2. Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage product owners, architects, SMEs, operations, and delivery teams to gather and validate requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, walkthroughs and solution discussions.
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to support project objectives.

3. Analysis, Reporting & Insights

• Perform high-level and advanced data analysis, pattern recognition, modelling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend efficiencies across systems and business workflows.

4. Solution Support

• Work with architects, designers, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable and aligned.
• Support technical gap assessments and ensure solution behaviour meets requirements.
• Provide clarifications throughout the development lifecycle and support backlog refinement.

5. Delivery Support & Readiness

• Support creation/validation of test cases; review test results and ensure alignment with acceptance criteria.
• (BA assists, but testing is not a lead responsibility.)
• Support Operational Readiness Checks (ORC) and assist with training materials when needed.
• (Occasional contribution only, not BAU ownership.)
• Ensure requirements traceability from discovery → delivery → validation.

Core Skills Required

• Strong business analysis, process modelling, and requirements elicitation capability.
• High proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and metrics interpretation.
• Ability to recognise patterns, diagnose issues, and recommend improvements.
• Excellent communication, with ability to simplify technical and non‑technical concepts for various audiences.

Technical Skills ( context)

(Not mandatory for all BA roles, but common for Network/InfraCo/TPNI related work.)

• Understanding of Telecom domain processes, Fibre/InfraCo systems and TPNI/IPNI ecosystem (advantageous).
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and data handling preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Data or related discipline (typical but flexible).
