Senior Product Manager – Finding Care & Booking Experience
Thriveworks
Thriveworks is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Finding Care and Booking experience. This product area is the core of our growth funnel, guiding users from their initial search to securing their first appointment. You will own the search experience, clinician profiles, pre-search questionnaires, and the end-to-end booking flow for both patients and our internal Center of Excellence (COE) team.
This role sits at the intersection of growth, user experience, and operational tooling. You will drive mid‑funnel conversion, optimize patient discovery, and ensure that our booking agents have powerful internal tools to support clients effectively. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and COE leadership to deliver a seamless and trustworthy path to care.
Key Responsibilities
- Own conversion outcomes for the search-to-booking and profile-to-booking journey, identifying friction and driving measurable improvements.
- Lead the evolution of discovery experiences, including pre-search questionnaires and clinician profiles, to enhance matching and promote the right care types.
- Guide day-to-day pod execution, ensuring engineering efforts align with high-impact growth initiatives.
- Communicate progress, timelines, risks, and delivery updates clearly to cross-functional partners.
- Develop and execute a high-velocity A/B testing strategy using Split/Harness to optimize booking flows.
- Conduct deep behavioral analysis using tools like Heap and Looker to inform product discovery and strategic recommendations.
- Lead development of internal booking tools for the COE team, ensuring the internal experience matches the quality of our external UX.
- Partner with engineering during AI-focused sprints to bring intelligent matching and smarter search features to the platform.
- Manage the full release lifecycle, including acceptance criteria, edge-case scenarios, QA coordination, and post-launch monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of product outcomes, especially in growth or conversion-focused roles.
- Strong expertise in A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven optimization.
- Deep experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and structured product discovery.
- Excellent communication skills and strong product instincts, with the ability to simplify complexity and guide cross-functional teams.
- Highly detail-oriented with a passion for refining UX flows and reducing cognitive load.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Heap, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity and momentum.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in healthcare, travel, hospitality, or other booking-heavy, high-intent search environments.
- Familiarity with Split/Harness, Optimizely, Jira, Miro, or similar product and experimentation tools.
- Background in building or optimizing onboarding flows, intake questionnaires, or matching systems.
