What We’re Hiring

The business is looking for an experienced Risk leader who can build and run a full risk management and market surveillance framework in a high-volume trading environment.

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years in market surveillance, risk, or compliance within financial or crypto trading environments
• Strong knowledge of EU market and MiCA requirements
• Hands-on experience with surveillance tools, analytics, alerts, and investigations
• Ability to assess operational, market, custodial, and counterparty risks
• Proven leadership across reporting, regulatory work, and cross-team collaboration
