Overview :

YOU ARE IN CHARGE OF :

Managing and organizing multiple scrum teams in the Referential Domain (of which important part is working offshore in Managed Service contract).

Regarding project organization

• You ensure an efficient organization of the scrum teams (sprint planning meetings, standups and such)
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies,
• Coaching the Scrum team to apply the correct process,
• Supporting the Scrum team to continuously improve their performance, mindset & collaboration,proactively that could delay delivery.
• You escalate when necessary.
• - Regarding run :
• You ensure that the procedures of release, change and incident management are followed by the scrum team members.
• You assist in the follow-up on the run of our systems in PRD, and support and guide the scrum team during incidents.
• Regarding knowledge management :
• You assist to ensure maximal knowledge sharing within the scrum team.

YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES

Organize & follow-up day-2-day organization through ceremonies e.g. daily stand-up, retro, and tools e.g. dashboard TP

• Responsible for sprint planning, estimating and allocating activities within the Scrum team
• - Supporting the SD/FA in their task of explaining the context of the developments that need to happen and in their decisions regarding priorities
• Managing the backlog (list of tasks to be performed)
• Bank-wide planning, Quarterly Agile Planning
• Share feedback with IT PMO on how to improve processes, training, tooling, … and share best practices, experience, … with SM colleagues and IT PMO through e.g. CoP,
• Requirements Looking for a Scrum Master, with ideally 5 years experience as scrum master in a singular position (preferably not combined position of analyst/project manager). In total they would need to have 8+ years of working experience.
• This person has the habit of working in Agile environment, has a hands on attitude (being heavily implicated in the story slicing, refinements, sprint planning, daily standups,…) and has preferably experience working in the Banking/Financial sector.
• Next to this, they need to speak one of the country languages (Dutch or French) + have a very good level of English.
• They also need to be Scrum Master Certified.
