🤝 What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Partners: Serve as the liaison between our platform and partners, ensuring seamless integration of Kulipa's systems into their workflows.
• Support the sales team: Be the technical expert supporting the team during the sales process, to answer the most technical questions of the customer and their engineering team.
• Develop Core Solutions: Work closely with the backend team to design scalable APIs and systems that streamline partner onboarding and support.
• Drive Innovation: Empower third-party wallets and other partners to unlock new functionalities by leveraging our platform in innovative ways.
• Technical Advocate: Address integration issues, provide ongoing technical support, and act as the primary technical point of contact for partners.
• Customer Feedback Loop: Collaborate directly with partners to identify challenges and communicate them to internal teams, aiding in refining the product roadmap.

💼Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in software development or working with technology partners, ideally in the fintech sector.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with programming (e.g., Java, Python, or C++) and experience working with APIs and system integrations.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to tackle challenges and find effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaboration & Relationship-Building: Ability to work well with internal teams and external partners to drive projects forward.
• Flexibility & Adaptability: Comfortable working in different business environments and open to occasional travel.
