We're working with Ströer on this exciting opportunity. Join a dynamic team as an HR Operations Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in managing the entire employee lifecycle and optimizing HR processes for a leading European sales and services provider.

The Role

• Guide employees through their complete lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding

• Create, review, and manage essential HR documents including contracts, amendments, and certificates

• Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding HR administration and contractual queries

• Administer and maintain the Personio HR management system, ensuring accurate digital personnel records

• Conduct preparatory payroll accounting for your assigned area and coordinate with internal and external interfaces

• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and standards, actively contributing your own ideas

What You'll Need

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, a degree with a focus on HR, or comparable qualification

• Relevant professional experience in HR Operations or HR administration

• Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll tax law, and social security law

• Structured, meticulous, and responsible working style, even with multiple parallel tasks

• Pronounced service and solution-oriented mindset, coupled with strong communication skills

• A team player who handles sensitive personal data confidently and brings humor to the team
