Scrum Master

The ideal candidate brings experience working in complex enterprise environments, navigating multi-team delivery, and collaborating closely with Product Owners, RTEs, Architecture, Engineering, and wider programme stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years as a Scrum master's in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and scaled frameworks (SAFe preferred)
• Proven experience in Agile project delivery and multi-team coordination
• Expertise with Jira and Confluence
• Solid SDLC, QA, and DevOps awareness
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Certifications preferred: CSM, PSM, SAFe SSM/SASM, PMI-ACP
• Experience in release preparation
