UI/UX Interaction designer

As a UI/UX Interaction Designer at HackMotion, you’ll work on our interactive exercises (drills) to make them word-class with clear instructions and engaging real-time motion visuals.

You’ll own the design process from prototyping to the final implementation, communicating movement instructions through sound, vibration, and real-time visuals to help users master a proper golf swing.

This role is ideal if you enjoy creative experimentation - for example, exploring ideas inspired by game design or sound design to make training more immersive and engaging.

Success in this role means owning the design process end-to-end and creating intuitive, impactful experiences that elevate how athletes learn through motion.

Your tasks:

• Create app UI and interactions for mobile and tablet.
• Collaborate with team members to gather user feedback, prototype, and test interfaces.
• Contribute to maintaining and updating the design system.
• Create real-time feedback systems using visual, audio, and haptic cues.
• Work directly with the product manager and developers to ensure designs meet usability standards.

What we expect:

• Ability to design app interfaces from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity visual design, including layouts, color, and typography (Figma).
• Experience creating interactive prototypes that incorporate motion, animation, and real-time feedback (After Effects or similar).
• Ability to creatively explore new ways to represent movement and guide users (experience with spatial or 3D tools is a plus).
• Experience with motion design.
