What you’ll do:


  • Drive process improvements across the Baltics logistics network, collaborating with warehouse teams in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
  • Oversee updates of logistics and supply chain business processes and SOPs, ensuring alignment with group standards.
  • Supervise and control the localization of logistics and supply chain business processes and the implementation of related operational practices.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and propose corrective actions to strengthen operational excellence.
  • Champion LEAN/Kaizen initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Partner with DC management and cross‑functional teams to elevate process governance and execution. Support leadership with improvement planning, audits, training, and strategic process development. Contribute to regional and group‑level projects by identifying best practices and scalable solutions.
  • What we’re looking for:
  • Education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or business process–focused roles.
  • Familiar with LEAN/Kaizen principles and committed to applying them consistently in daily process improvement work.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience supporting process improvement activities.
  • Ability to work with data using Power BI or similar analytics tools; basic SQL knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, comfortable working across Baltics teams.
  • Practical working knowledge of English, sufficient for everyday communication and cooperation.
  • Willingness to travel within the Baltics (up to 30%).
