Experience

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Java-based development with proven exposure of secure coding, enterprise applications, and modern DevOps practices

Required Skills

• Languages: Mandatory English (fluent). Any other language is an asset
• Technical Competencies:
• Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate
• SQL, Oracle DB
• Angular, JSP, Javascript
• Jenkins, Maven, Git, Jira, Agile
• Docker (containerization)
• Secure coding practices (OWASP, GDPR, SSL, HSM, code review, pen testing, vulnerability patching)

Missions of the Role

• Development of software solutions (Java, Spring Boot, Angular, etc.)
• Source code management and version control
• Integration with automated delivery pipelines (Jenkins, Maven, Git)
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Design and development of unit, module, and integration tests
• Troubleshooting and analysis of software issues, third-party libraries, and applications
• Maintenance of software through its life cycle
• Documentation of code, processes, and manuals
• Task reporting to the Project Manager
• Level 3 Helpdesk support, problem management
• Application performance tuning and optimization
• Contribution to architecture, design reviews, and change management processes
• Adherence to secure coding standards (OWASP, GDPR, SSL, HSM)
