Your area of work:

We are looking for a Software Developer Trainee to join our banking organization. In this role, you will help build and improve internal software applications used to support our financial services.

You will work closely with an experienced development team who will support your learning and growth. You will participate in designing features, writing code, testing applications, and discovering best practices for software development in a secure and regulated environment.

This position is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, work with modern tools and methodologies (Agile, code reviews, documentation), and contribute to real projects that impact daily banking operations.

Your responsibilities:


  • Assist in the development and maintenance of internal software applications.
  • Collaborate with senior developers to understand and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate simple specifications into technical solutions with guidance.
  • Write unit tests and help troubleshoot issues during development.
  • Document your work to support collaboration within the team.
  • Take part in code reviews to learn and contribute to improving code quality.
  • Learn and apply security and compliance best practices relevant to the banking sector.


Your profile:


  • Your are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree programme with a recognized institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months.
  • Some experience in software development (internship, apprenticeship, academic or personal projects).
  • Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Golang, etc.).
  • Understanding of NoSQL fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with software development concepts and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Basic experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong willingness to learn, good problem‑solving skills, and ability to work well in a team.
  • Good communication skills in English
