ISIS-Papyrus Developer

We are looking for an experienced ISIS-Papyrus Developer to design, develop and maintain document-driven solutions.

You will work hands-on with Papyrus Designer and Business Designer, integrate solutions with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, DMS), support production and automate processes.

Basic Linux system administration is also part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions using ISIS-Papyrus.
• Create dynamic document templates and implement automated workflows.
• Integrate document processes with internal systems (CRM, ERP, archives).
• Optimize multi-channel output (print, email, digital archives).
• Perform testing (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure solution quality.
• Support production, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system performance.
• Produce technical documentation and user guides.

Scope of Work

• Develop complex document templates with multi-language support, dynamic layouts, and variable content.
• Configure automated workflows, including lifecycle management, business rules, and error handling.
• Integrate Papyrus solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Support system upgrades, monitor production, and manage issue tickets.
• Perform basic Linux administration (service management, logs, SSL, permissions, automation).
• Maintain product and process documentation, including operational manuals and interface documentation.

Experience / Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with ISIS-Papyrus tools (Designer, Business Designer, PDF-IN, PQL, REST).
• Papyrus certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of Linux and scripting, Oracle/PLSQL, and DevOps tools (GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.
• Experience with system integration and solution design.
• Team player, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors.
