- 8+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer, supporting both development and production support projects.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment, effectively managing tight deadlines and rapidly changing priorities.
- Proactive and creative problem-solver with a strong focus on business needs and outcomes.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and preparation of functional and technical specification documents.
- Develop and execute cut-over and deployment plans, and drive post-implementation hyper-care support and transition activities.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into well-defined functional designs.
- Create user stories and lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint retrospectives, and spike creation for upgrade initiatives.
- Demonstrate strategic and innovative thinking with strong business acumen.
- Apply strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Possess solid technical understanding and the ability to quickly learn, adopt, and explain new technologies.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely delivery.
- Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and microservices-based architectures.
- Hands-on experience in writing, executing, and maintaining test cases.
- Proven experience with Kafka for event-driven and streaming architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Working experience with Agile frameworks and tools such as SAFe Agile, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration, including Docker, AKS, and Helm.
