Job Description

  • Provide HR support to team members and managers
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial screening to onboarding
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with employee relations matters
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR procedures
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports

The Successful Applicant

You Will Bring

  • A qualification in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and employment law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Good organisational and time management skills
