You will work closely with a team of internal BI specialists and external experts in your role as Lead Analytics Engineer. Together, you will develop data solutions that will take our organization to the next level. Your contribution is essential to the design, implementation and optimisation of our data products.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Lead Analytics Engineer at Xccelerated, you’ll be at the heart of data-driven decision making.

🔹 Design and optimize data models and data flows to support business insights

🔹 Build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards used for critical reporting

🔹 Automate and enhance analytics processes for reliability and scalability

🔹 Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to deliver actionable insights

👨 💻 Who You Are

We’re looking for customer-focused problem solvers with a passion for analytics and scalable data solutions.

✅ A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field

✅ 5–8 years of experience in Analytics Engineering or data warehouse development

✅ Strong data modeling skills

✅ Solid experience with SQL (Python is a plus!)

✅ Familiarity with cloud platforms and their data components

✅ A can-do attitude, curiosity, and a drive to grow
