Job: - SAP Enterprise Asset Management Project Manager (EAM)
Location: -Sydney
Duration: - 6 Months (Possible extension)
We are looking for an experienced SAP Enterprise Asset Management Project Manager (EAM) for one of the NSW government clients for a long-term contract.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of SAP EAM implementations and enhancements
- Strong project management skills combined with a solid understanding of asset management processes and SAP EAM functionalities & experience in managing complex SAP EAM implementations or other large-scale IT projects.
- Must have the ability to define the project scope, project plans objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with the organization's asset management strategy.
- Deep understanding of SAP EAM modules and how they support asset management processes like maintenance planning, asset tracking, and work order management.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA’s EAM capabilities and how to leverage them for enhanced asset management.
- Good understanding of the technical aspects of SAP EAM implementation, including system architecture, data migration, integrations, and configuration processes.
- Strong ability in developing detailed project plan, including milestones, resource allocation, budgets, and timelines, to guide project execution
- Strong ability in overseeing the implementation of SAP EAM solutions, ensuring that project activities are executed according to plan.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, or SAP Solution Manager).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users.
- Must be able to provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership, highlighting progress, key achievements, and potential risks.
