We are seeking a DevOps professional willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid model (2x) in Lisbon. 🌍🏢

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or System Administrator
• Strong experience with Git, PowerShell, and Terraform (core skills for this role)
• Experience with YAML and/or Python (nice to have)
• Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Azure Databricks is a plus
• Experience with AWS or GCP is also valued
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level
• An adaptable, curious, and service-oriented mindset
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in Agile environments

What You’ll Do

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve infrastructure as code using Terraform and automation tools
• Develop, support, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Work closely with development and engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and pipeline issues, contributing to root-cause analysis and long-term improvements
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to a DevOps culture focused on collaboration, automation, and pragmatism
