Untile is a digital product design and development company from Viana do Castelo.
We are seeking an experienced, flexible, and autonomous Product Manager. We proudly collaborate with our clients in a mixed approach. Some of those clients will have internal design, development, and management teams with established processes. We will need to build these relationships in a remote setting.
Your role will be managing our relationship with clients and their products. That means being an excellent communicator with an open mind. We are looking for a strategist.
Your Job
Strategic Product Planning:
Develop and define the product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
Client And Market Engagement
Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and market demands. Engage with the market through research and feedback to guide product direction.
Cross-functional Leadership
Work closely with Project Management, Sales, Design, and Development teams to bring products to life. Ensure that the product vision is communicated clearly and that the team is aligned towards common goals.
Product Lifecycle Management
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. This includes market analysis, positioning, defining unique selling propositions, and post-launch product evaluation.
Negotiation And Scope Definition
Handle negotiations regarding product scope, terms with clients, and adjustments based on market feedback and strategic priorities.
What You Must Have
A technical background or experience in digital product design and development.
Approximately 5 years of experience in similar roles.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Great communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
A passion for the IT industry and for product development.
A passion for the IT industry and product innovation, with a solid understanding of web application technologies and product lifecycles.
Experience in commercial matters, including estimation processes and budget management, with a keen eye for identifying business opportunities.

Experience as facilitator between stakeholders and delivery teams.
Experience negotiating scope and timeline with stakeholders.
