We are currently looking for Scrum Master for Multinational Fintech Company

Requirements:

We are looking for a Scrum Master for an opportunity to join and be part of the creation of a center of excellence for a Leading Multinational Fintech Company.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Minimum of +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead

Scrum Master certified

Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban)

Agile Estimating & Planning

Scrum ceremonies and artifacts

Agile Practices related to Software Engineering:

Automated Testing techniques

Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment

Test Driven Development

Metrics:

Velocity vs Productivity

Tools: Jira/Confluence

Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximizes the delivery of value

Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related

Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile, self-organized and to be at their best

Experience in development (valued)

Great communication, analysis and listening skills

Software Craftsmanship’s

English proficiency should be at least C1 level

Ideally, you’ll also have:

Great team spirit, proactive, independency, pleasant attitude, great openness, and curiosity to learn.

Location: Lisbon, hybrid 4 days per week
