What will your typical day look like?
As a Reporting and Insights Analyst, you will enhance existing, and develop new business performance reporting, in Tableau, for stakeholders across Deloitte, including senior executive leaders. Working with the wider team, you will independently translate business requirements into quantitative metrics, with our boarder team looking to you, as an expert on all things Tableau and data. You will answer the ‘Why’ and ‘So What’ for our internal stakeholders, investigating trends and outliers within large datasets.

You are someone with experience in gathering and analysing data sets to translate problems into actionable insights and recommendations. With your commercial acumen, you are familiar with financial terminology and the reporting requirements of a business. Strong analytical capabilities and structured problem-solving skills are your strength, you can independently curate dashboard content and tell compelling data stories.

Specifically, you should have:
- 12+ months of demonstrated experience developing dashboards in Tableau, and in building data models in excel.
- Demonstrated experience translating business problems into actionable dashboard views (from initial scoping to delivery)
- Demonstrated experience working with varying levels of stakeholders and working with a business to develop/ mature reporting to meet asks.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
