On behalf of one of our clients near Baden (active in manufacturing), we are looking for a

Cybersecurity Project Manager 100% for MV (Medium voltage) drives

Hybrid working model (at least 3 days/week of office presence is required, remaining days can be worked from home)

We are looking for an experienced project manager to coordinate cyber security initiatives and ensure Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) compliance for the MV Drives

business line. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, aligning departments, and managing all activities related to CRA compliance. You will be responsible for overseeing financial matters and ensuring that stakeholders are kept informed throughout the process.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities across the entire organization related to the Cyber Resilience Act and ensure that MV Drive products comply with the standard.
  • Align with internal stakeholders in R&D, engineering, customer support, service, and product management to achieve the required standards.
  • Coordinate necessary activities among various departments to meet compliance objectives.
  • Implement and adapt processes to ensure compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act.
  • Establish a vulnerability management and reporting process.
  • Ensure the required documentation is created and maintained.
  • Align your activities with Motion High Power Division’s global initiatives

Your profile

  • University degree in engineering, science, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in project management or leadership of technical teams
  • Knowledge of cyber security processes and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Fluent written and spoken English matched with solid communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills in a multi-site and multi-functional environment
  • Advantage: Familiarity with drive systems utilized in industrial settings
