Software Developer

We are hiring a mid-level Software Developer to join our software development team within Publicis Groupe. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated to grow continuously, including in the direction of AI-assisted development.

You will work in a stable, cross-functional team, building and maintaining internal applications developed in .NET and Angular. In our day-to-day work, we actively use AI as a support tool for development. Prior experience with AI-assisted development is not required. What matters most is your willingness to learn and evolve in this direction.

What will you do:

• Develop and maintain web applications using .NET and Angular
• Work closely with the Team Lead, Project Manager, and Software Tester
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of technical solutions
• Use AI as a development support tool (code generation, debugging, optimization)

Your profile:

• Mid-level experience in software development
• Hands-on experience with web applications
• Solid understanding of OOP principles and best practices
• Strong interest in learning and using AI in a practical, responsible way
• Quality-oriented mindset and a desire for professional growth
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Romanian is required.

Ways of working:

Hybrid setup per week: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
