We are looking for:

We are looking for a rigorous and curious International Reporting Analyst to join our team. This strategic position offers the opportunity to interact with 8 subsidiaries across 3 continents (North America, Europe, Asia) and play a key role in ensuring the reliability, consistency, and performance of our global financial operations. You will report to the Head of International Financial Control and actively contribute to the deployment of new monitoring and analysis tools, particularly via Power BI.


What you will do:


  • Drive automation initiatives and continuously improve reporting processes, tools, and dashboards across Finance, Human Resources, Recruitment, Sales, and Operations.
  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain standardized and automated reporting solutions that provide accurate, timely, and actionable performance insights.
  • Provide ongoing support for reporting tools and systems, ensuring stability, data quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Act as a key reporting partner for international stakeholders, translating business needs into effective reporting and performance measurement solutions.
  • Ensure consistent and reliable delivery of international performance reports and dashboards.
  • Act as a functional backup for Josephine, covering reporting activities, stakeholder communication, and operational reporting support as required.
  • Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer to ensure reporting continuity.

What you must have:


  • Nice to have experience in working with SAP as a data source for reporting and performance analysis.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard design, development, and deployment.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Strong experience in data analysis and building performance dashboards for business users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a performance-driven mindset.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); French is a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in international or multi-country reporting environments is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple reporting priorities.
  • Capability to provide backup coverage and ensure operational continuity.
