🔍 We’re hiring: Rewards & Payroll Analyst
We’re looking for a data-driven and process-oriented Rewards & Payroll Analyst to join our People team and help improve employee experience through strong compensation processes, payroll compliance, and automation initiatives.
🎯 What you’ll do:
✔️ Support compensation cycles (merit increases, bonuses, promotions) through data validation and analysis
✔️ Ensure accuracy of time, overtime, and absence data before payroll runs
✔️ Build reports and dashboards for compensation costs, overtime, leave, and headcount
✔️ Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to improve systems and data flows
✔️ Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives
(Note: Payroll processing is handled by an external provider — this role focuses on data accuracy, compliance, and analytics.)
🧩 What we’re looking for:
🔹 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Compliance, or HR Analytics
🔹 Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and payroll data flows
🔹 Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
🔹 Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
🔹 Interest in automation and process optimization
