DevOps Engineer

I am looking for a Senior / Lead DevOps Engineer to join my client - a company building a SaaS-based platform!

You’ll lead the design and scaling of their cloud infrastructure, working closely with a high-performing team of 15 engineers across Frontend, Backend, and SRE.

This is a hands-on role where you'll shape the reliability culture, tooling, and architecture from the ground up.

The role is based in Sweden, with the company headquartered in the Malmö area. It's ideally a hybrid working setup where you will be expected to go to there office 1-2 times a week.

The Company

This award-winning SaaS company recently secured Series A funding of €13 million and is now expanding its team to enhance and scale their cloud system.

You’ll be joining a team of around 40 employees across two global locations with 15 in the technology team currently. The company culture is collaborative, humble, and maintains a start-up feel despite its growth and success.

The Role

You'll be driving the infrastructure and reliability efforts as they scale a mission-critical SaaS platform redefining cloud and access security. You’ll take full ownership of their cloud environment, reliability tooling, and deployment pipelines with full access to their AWS infrastructure.

As a Senior / Lead engineer you will work alongside a more Junior SRE and work closely with engineering, GRC, and security teams to ensure resilient, secure, and auditable systems. This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll define and implement best practices in infrastructure-as-code, observability, automation, and incident response.

You’ll Need:

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles
• Proven track record working with AWS services
• Deep hands-on experience with Terraform and modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Ability to write production ready code

Salary: Between 60,000 to 90,000 SEK/month
