Senior Program Manager – Platform Delivery

Spotify
Sweden · Full-time · Mid-Senior

The Platform team creates the technology that enables Spotify to learn quickly and scale easily, enabling rapid growth in our users and our business around the globe. Spanning many fields, we work to make the business work; developing the infrastructure, tooling, frameworks, and capabilities needed to welcome a billion customers.

Platform Delivery sits within Spotify’s Platform Mission and exists to help the organisation deliver meaningful impact, predictably and at pace. We work across Platform Alliances and Studios to amplify productivity, quality, and innovation—supporting designers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists with the frameworks, tools, and operating models they need to do their best work. The team partners closely with senior Platform, Alliance, and Studio leaders to align strategy with execution and ensure Spotify continues to scale safely and sustainably.

  • Navigate ambiguity by bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to evolving problem spaces
  • Influence and align senior collaborators through strong storytelling, data, and positive relationships
  • Lead change management efforts, helping teams move from uncertainty to shared direction and execution
  • Translate strategy into execution through clear processes, delivery frameworks, and meaningful metrics
