Job Description:

Inviting applications for the role of Senior Consultant, People Advisory – Manager - English

In this role, we are seeking candidates who can deliver critical components of client engagements. The candidate will synthesize analysis, draft deliverables, and support the facilitation of workshops and design sessions.

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Demonstrated experience in advisory, technology services, or industry transformation
  • Proficiency in business analysis, design thinking, and/or data modeling
  • Familiarity with at least one relevant domain.
  • Utilize knowledge of advanced technology, data, and gen AI to enhance delivery outcomes and inform advisory solutions

Project Support

  • Coordinate and support project activities to ensure smooth execution and adherence to strategic goals.
  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, solidify business requirements, and design solutions.
  • Provide business development support to applied advisory Principals and directors within large client-facing delivery programs.
  • Assist in crafting case studies to support further growth.
  • Produce deliverables in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) agreements.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Partner with clients to provide analysis and identify/document improvement opportunities
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups across functions and geographies to enable successful outcomes.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Relevant years of experience in delivery
  • Exposure to advanced technology, data, and AI within the chosen industry.
  • Strong analytical and operational execution skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity in at least one segment of the chosen industry, with a track record in implementing technology-enabled solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional presentation skills demonstrated in both in-person and virtual environments.
  • Bachelor's degree required.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior consulting experience required, preferably with a Big Four firm or within business process offshoring/onshoring competitors.
  • MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

  • Employee Engagement: Consultants assess employee engagement levels and recommend strategies to improve morale and productivity. This may involve conducting surveys, analyzing feedback, and implementing initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
