About the job

Model: Remote

Duration: 1 year

Start: asap

Language: English B2

Recruitment process: 1 interview + self assessment

Contract: B2B

FTE: full-time

As a Project Manager/Delivery Lead, you will be the critical link between our Central Project Management Team for new PT Site Projects and the MES Platform Team. Your mission is to ensure that global manufacturing solutions and platforms are seamlessly integrated into site-specific implementation projects (specifically Apollo and Dragon). You will manage the "horizontal" dependencies across teams to ensure that when a site is ready for implementation, the platform is ready for them—validated, aligned, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integration Management: Synchronize the Global MES platform roadmap with the specific timelines of site-implementation projects to ensure "just-in-time" delivery of manufacturing solutions.
  • Bridge Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the central project management (Apollo/Dragon) and the technical MES delivery squads to close communication gaps and resolve dependency conflicts.
  • Roles & Responsibilities (R&Rs): Define and align the "who does what" between global platform developers and local site engineers to eliminate redundant work or missed deliverables.
  • Risk & Dependency Mapping: Proactively identify technical or timeline bottlenecks where global platform releases might impact site-readiness.
  • Expansion: Following the successful orchestration of Apollo and Dragon, you will standardize this coordination framework for other global initiatives, including ASPIRE and Chugai.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: 5+ years in IT Project Management, Delivery Management, or a Senior BA role, ideally within a global, virtual matrix organization.
  • Domain Knowledge: Proven experience in a GxP-regulated environment. You must understand the implications of change management in a validated manufacturing setting.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Communication: Masterful stakeholder management skills; the ability to translate technical platform constraints into business-friendly project updates.
  • Mindset: Highly proactive and "self-starting"—you don't wait for a meeting to be scheduled; you identify the gap and pull the right people together to fix it.

Preferred Assets:

  • Technical Background: Experience with MES, DCS, or other TechOps production systems.
