Furniture is still one of the most traditional and offline focused industries. Normod exists to change that. We started by redefining one category with a digital first, customer experience led approach, and our next chapter is expanding this experience into the entire home.


Our growth will not only come from selling more of the same products. It will come from expanding the Normod experience into new furniture categories and making sure this expansion turns into real, sustainable growth across the whole business.


We’re now looking for a Growth Analyst who will help us make that happen through data, insight, and structured experimentation.


What you’ll do 📊

• Analyze acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue data across digital and CRM channels

• Use all of Normod’s assets including traffic, CRM, content, customer data, and brand strength to drive growth across multiple furniture categories

• Design and track growth paths that help customers move from one category to another

• Segment customers by category, purchase frequency, intent, and lifecycle stage

• Build and monitor growth strategies for newly launched furniture categories

• Conduct post campaign analysis and optimize discount and promotion budgets across categories

• Test price elasticity and category level dynamics to support sustainable growth and healthy margins

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support daily and strategic growth decisions

• Work closely with marketing, data, and category teams to identify cross category growth opportunities

• Support experimentation and testing with clear hypotheses and post test analysis

• Help define and track key growth metrics across the full customer journey

• Learn how full funnel growth works in a digitally driven, customer experience led brand


Who you are 👀

• 1 to 3 years of hands on experience in growth, CRM, revenue, analytics, or similar teams

• Strong academic background from a top tier university

• Highly analytical with strong problem solving skills

• Curious, structured, and eager to understand how businesses grow across categories

• Comfortable working with data, metrics, and analytical tools

• Able to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations

• Fluent in English
