Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in cargo, aviation, logistics, or supply chain environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Bring 5–8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within cargo, aviation, logistics, or supply chain domains, with a strong understanding of operational and business needs.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of cargo handling processes, including export, import, and transshipment operations, and translate operational workflows into product requirements.
• Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to delivery, enhancement, and continuous improvement.
• Lead feature scoping, prioritization, and backlog management, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Define and review user journeys and user experiences (UX), working closely with design and development teams to ensure intuitive and effective solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Product Management, specifically within dnata Cargo or similar cargo/logistics environments.
• Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, prioritize features, and align product initiatives with operational and business objectives.

Desired Skills

• Strong experience in Air Cargo and Logistics, with the ability to understand complex operational workflows and constraints.
• Demonstrated capabilities in people management and stakeholder management, including effective communication with business users, technical teams, and leadership.
• Experience in training and development, supporting end users through product adoption and change initiatives.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, impact analysis, and solution definition, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
• Ability to create clear user stories, functional documentation, and solution design documentation to support development and delivery.
