Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular testing and validation of recovery procedures.
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to provide continuous support for production systems and engineers
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Evaluate emerging technology trends and provide recommendations for system optimization
  • Work with Information Security to implement secure policies and security best practices
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Manage and authorize access to various resources and service accounts, such as OpenAI, Groq, MTurk, etc.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in the capacity of cloud technologies and application platform services
  • Experience with virtualization, cloud computing, and storage solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Embraces AI-driven operations, and has carried out related experiments
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as GitLab, Jenkins, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Professional certification as a Solutions Architect for major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Proficiency in one or two scripting languages, such as Python or Shell
