Our Baltic team is looking for a Business Product Owner for shipping applications. This is a temporary position for the period of 2 years, with the possibility to become permanent.
What you'll do:
• Manage and enhance our established shipping solutions, including plugins, self-service systems, and integrations, ensuring they meet market demands, customer needs, and align with business goals.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data from market research and customer feedback to continuously refine product features and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with technical team to guide product development, focusing on exceptional user experience and value creation.
• Oversee ongoing product initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet high standards for quality and functionality.
• Provide detailed documentation and regular updates to senior management, including reports and presentations that highlight product performance, strategy execution, and outcomes.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the company and in the industry to ensure strategic alignment and effective collaboration.
You have:
• At least 4 years of experience in Product Ownership / Product Management, particularly with customer-facing IT solutions, logistics, or related technology-driven products.
• Strong technical background with a clear understanding of IT systems, Agile methodologies, and software development.
• Excellent analytical abilities, with a data-driven mindset to identify and execute improvements in product functionality and customer experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee the product development lifecycle, ensure timely delivery, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proven ability to manage and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including technical teams and external partners.
• Fluent in English, with outstanding verbal and written skills.
