Product Manager

We are seeking a product specialist with strong experience in fintech, crypto, or blockchain, ideally with hands‑on exposure to futures trading, trader integration, and trading platform workflows. The candidate will support trading‑related initiatives while driving the development of high‑quality payment products in a fast‑moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage payment products across Web, App, merchant systems, and backend admin tools.
• Work closely with business development, tech teams, risk, compliance, and senior management.
• Deliver reliable, user‑friendly, world‑class payment solutions.

Requirements

• Strong product design ability, including prototyping, wireframing, sequence diagrams, and writing clear user stories.
• Solid understanding of the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle, with experience in UI/UX, testing, production support, and process improvement.
• 3+ years of experience in payments or e‑payments, with strong knowledge of global payment methods (cards, e‑wallets, bank transfers, cash‑based options, etc.).
• Strong market research skills to keep products competitive.
• Good data analysis skills, including building performance dashboards and optimizing products using data insights.
• Understanding of payment risks, compliance issues, reconciliation, and settlement processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Self‑driven and motivated for rapid career advancement.
• Experience in trading, crypto, or blockchain is required.
