This role will provide support to our SEA Business Partnering team, including the Vice President, People & Capability for South East Asia and our Business Partners. Our Business Partnering team supports the Asia Pacific business with empowering our talent experience.

Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a high energy and motivated individual to join our People and Capability team.

Role
- Provide accurate and timely general HR administrative support
- Run and analyse HR metrics and develop people insights
- Support co-ordination of onboarding and learning programs, wellness activities and employee communications
- Develop innovative solutions to improve HR processes, and deliver priceless employee experiences and engagement
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about the employee experience and learning how to make that a reality for our employees
- Can manage fast paced stakeholders and their competing priorities
- Would like to learn more about becoming a Business Partner and the journey to this career pathway
- Understands the importance of operational excellence for our HR team
- Qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Experience supporting some facets of HR: HR administration, data and analytics, HRIS, project/learning co-ordination
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A growth mindset and can-do attitude
